ETLedger - Personal expense & budget tracker
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Web Nest Developer (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the ETLedger mobile application and backend service (the “App”). Please read them carefully. By downloading, creating an account, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time (Section 11); continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract, to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.
ETLedger is a personal finance tool that lets you record and categorise expenses and income, create wallets and budgets, set up recurring entries, view reports, and get optional AI-assisted categorisation.
You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into the App (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content solely to operate the App for you and as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content.

The App relies on third-party providers (for example cloud hosting, database and AI providers). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control them.
The App, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Web Nest Developer and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Nest Developer and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, savings or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App - including any reliance on transaction detection or AI suggestions - even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 1,000.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web Nest Developer from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any dispute, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
